Important: You must complete Okta setup in order to access most POA systems.

Okta Setup

  1. Enroll in Okta Verify on your mobile device.

New phone or lost device

  1. Lost device: Call the IT Helpdesk immediately to block access associated with the phone.
  2. New device: If possible, register your new device in Okta before trading in or wiping your old device via https://pacificoffice.okta.com/enduser/settings.
